We recognize that the yoga studio is a private practice and a body that every person is different. We have taken the basic principles of the hot yoga class and evolved to allow everyone to find the perfect balance between ease and stability in every classroom. By using a safe, controlled temperatures and using various styles of yoga taught by a variety of inspirational teachers, our focus is originality and self-exploration. Each class of 90 minutes each system is targeted to stimulate the body to a safe temperature is an easy fit for everyone. On average about 40 degrees C with humidity of 40-65% on average temperature.
